A lot from one of Ethiopia’s best-known corners Adorsi was the first washing station Faysel Abdosh acquired in Yirgacheffe, drawn by its elevation and proximity to some of the region’s best cherry. Set near Aricha, one of Yirgacheffe’s most recognized pockets, it receives coffee from ten neighbouring villages and processes each lot separately to preserve traceability and a distinct taste of place.
