Almond, toffee and a touch of citrus sit within a medium-bodied cup, followed by a slightly smoky finish. This coffee suits espresso and stovetop, or filter brewing for those who prefer a fuller-bodied profile. It comes from Cenfrocafe, a cooperative working with growers in northern Peru. Grown at 1,300–2,000m, the coffee is washed and patio-dried. It is Fair Trade and organic certified.
