Calma comes from El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, grown from Red & Yellow Caturra, and is decaffeinated with the sugarcane EA method — a natural process using ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane, which takes the caffeine out without taking the flavour with it.
