Heirloom varietals from smallholder farms around Beloya, Kochere, are washed using the region's pristine river water — a slow, precise process that produces a cup of remarkable clarity and florality. Expect jasmine on the nose, bergamot and stone fruit in the cup, and a clean, tea-like finish. Best enjoyed as a pour-over. Whole bean or ground to order.
