Sitting in south-central Kenya between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Range, Nyeri is considered the “heartland” of Kenyan specialty coffee. Nyeri Hill grows SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 at high altitude. Careful processing results in a cup of ripe mango and pink guava, with a maple syrup sweetness sustained in the cup. These are the Kenyan coffees that we have grown fond of.
