Tasting Notes: Apricot jam, Caramel brittle, Dried apple. Centroamericano Washed is a coffee produced by Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Cartago Province, Costa Rica. This variety, a hybrid of Sudan Rume and Sarchimor, is grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,400 meters and processed using the washed method. The resulting cup offers tasting notes of apricot jam, caramel brittle and dried apple.
