Guatemala isn’t nearly as linked with the Gesha variety as Panama or even Colombia, so this is an exciting mix of origin and variety. Add to that Juan Diego de la Cerda’s careful processing, including a relatively fast hot water fermentation, and you get a result with super sweet fruit plus a unique coriander seed note.
