Sisters Hirut & Mahder Berhanu take the already very intense Ethiopian coffee profile and introduced dried coffee cherries into their fermentation. Basically, they added more coffee fruit to fruity coffee. The result is washed Ethiopian coffee notes like lemon and peach with the ripe intensity of a natural Ethiopia. Super fun stuff!
