Produced by Diego and Alex Bermudez at Finca El Paraiso, this Cauca Geisha uses bioreactor double anaerobic fermentation with tropical yeast and thermal shock washing to lock in flavor. The result is an exceptionally sweet cup with peach candy, floral oolong tea, and a clean finish.
