We look forward to this coffee every year. It's from the Prentice family, Ellen, Stuart, and Ashley, who produce coffee in the region of Fraijanes, Guatemala, which is about 45 minutes southeast of Guatemala City. The lot, called "El Chocolate" is selected from coffees from around the farm that fit the flavour profile of sweet, dense, spicy, and chocolatey. We roast it to showcase those notes. It
