Wild and tropical, with a strawberry milkshake sweetness. The Monge brothers grow mostly Red Catuai and Caturra at La Lia in Tarrazu, with small plots of rarer cultivars beside them. This is one of those: SL28 from the Piesan plot at 1,900 to 2,000 metres, processed as a red honey, so much of the sticky fruit stays on the bean while it dries.
