Los Luchadores brings together Pacamara cherries from 2 of the Salaverria family's farms, Villa Guadalupe and San Francisco, located on the sandy loam slopes of the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador at 1400-1650 masl. The Salaverrias are 6th-generation coffee producers, with José Antonio working alongside his sons, José Antonio Jr and Andrés. The name ‘Los Luchadores' translates as 'The Fighters' -
