Aoife (pronounced Eee-fah ) comes from a small farm in the La Cruz area of Narino in Colombia. Winner of a Gold Blas na hÉireann (The Irish Food Awards) Award in 2020, t his medium roast has notes of molasses with mellow fresh tamarind, cooked cherry, and amaretto flavours.
