Coffee is the main, if not the only source of income for the farmers surrounding the Halo Beriti washing station. The station pays premiums for high quality cherries, incentivising farmers to submit only ripe cherries for processing. The results are magic, with this season's natural tasting like deep purple and red fruits, mixed with hints of tropical and stone fruits.
