Smoother and fuller-bodied than our Medium Roast — the one most of our café and hotel accounts pick when serving coffee with milk. Choose whole beans, or have it ground for espresso, moka pot, French press or V60, so it matches how you actually brew. Every batch is logged and cupped for consistency, not just roaste
