The Alvarez Gallardo family have been custodians of the El Ciprés estate since the 90s. Under their care they produce up to 3000 bags of coffee a year by using traditional techniques like the agobia tree bending method to harvest more cherries. Their latest lot grown and processed on the estate is a natty with many layers of sweetness, bigness and boldness.
