A coffee cherry normally grows two flat beans. Once in a while just one, and it grows round: a peaberry. Pickers sort them out separately, because one bean getting all the cherry's nutrients tastes more concentrated. The Sunset is made of nothing else. It comes from Daterra in Minas Gerais, a Brazilian farm we like working with because they've spent years proving that traceability and quality work
