From the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica — one of the country's most respected growing areas, sitting at altitude in the mountains south of San José. This coffee comes from Coope Dota, a farmer cooperative established in 1960 that represents nearly 1,100 smallholder growers and was the first coffee processor in the world to achieve carbon-neutral certification, back in 2011. Their commitment runs dee
