Meet Papayo, our newest Colombian filter coffee from the Huila region: An anaerobically fermented and washed process coffee, Papayo is full of bright and fruity acidity, balanced alongside some sweet and fruity notes. During cupping, we loved the character it expressed, all stone fruits, cranberries and a hit of citrus. Picked by us, specifically for filter brewing, this one is complex, but clean.
