House No. 02 is the second coffee in the House Series: a washed base from Chikmagalur, with arabica layered in for body and a natural lot from Kaimara adding sweetness at the end. It is roasted medium to medium dark, to Depth 66. In the cup it is soft cocoa and gentle brown sugar over a full, rounded body, with low to medium acidity and a familiar finish. It drinks black as readily as it holds up
