Agni 03 is a washed Arabica from Udaygiri Estate in Karnataka, roasted medium dark to Depth 67. It is the deepest of the three coffees in The Washed Trilogy, and its richness comes from the coffee rather than from roast bitterness. As espresso it is dark chocolate, roasted almond and molasses, and it holds its shape in milk. It suits a moka pot, a fuller French press and a strong South Indian filt
