STILL LIFE is a 100% Arabica from Kaapikaadu in Karnataka, grown by Mr. Lobo. Whole cherry is sealed away from oxygen and fermented with EM5, a live culture rather than a lab strain, which keeps the ferment slow and the acidity round instead of sharp.
