Don Eli Reposado has become a favourite of ours from our Costa Rican coffees year after year. We trust Carlos and Jacob to continue to produce excellent coffees from their farms, and this coffee is the perfect example of this. We purchase many different lots from the Don Eli farm, for this particular lot, after the cherry is first picked, the coffee is left to rest over night before being touched.
