This coffee comes from Tulise Washing Station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, where around 500 smallholder farmers from the villages of Idido, Cherbenta, Wachota, and Gerbota grow Ethiopian heirloom varieties at around 2,000 masl. Cherries are selected at over 18° Brix, floated and hand-sorted before undergoing 110 hours of dry anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks. The coffee is then dried in a semi-shad
