This coffee comes from Safo, Alo Coffee's original washing station in Bensa, Sidama, in southern Ethiopia. The ripe cherries ferment whole for three days before they're washed, which gives you the clarity of a washed coffee with a big, juicy sweetness on top: peach, black tea, florals and fresh fruit.
