This coffee comes to us from Manos de Mujer (Women's Hands), a group of female coffee farmers operating within Café Orgánico Marcala (COMSA). It was grown on a number of small organic women-owned farms in the highlands of Honduras. Roasted medium, the cup is sweet and earthy with highlights of citrus. Look for notes of coriander, lemon tea, maple syrup, and tangerine. ROAST: Medium PROCESS: Honey
