Cold brew is markedly different from traditional iced coffee, which is brewed hot and flash-chilled producing a bright drink with clarity and sweetness. The cold brew process involves steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for up to 24 hours. This creates a full-bodied, beer-like drink with lower perceived acidity and distinctive notes of bittersweet chocolate. For this blend, we specifical
