This Tanzania Peaberry Microlot has been sourced from several small estate producers in the northern Karatu District of Tanzania’s Arusha Region. Located just southwest of Mt. Kilimanjaro where mineral rich volcanic soil and abundant intercropping of taller banana trees, for shade, provides excellent growing conditions. Referring to the bean shape, "peaberries" are noticeably smaller and rounder.
